The Bonefish Grill

On January 15, 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the first Bonefish Grill was established. Their success was immediate and that huge success has generated restaurant growth that has taken them throughout the Southeast and Northeastern coasts. Bonefish Grill has now begun expanding throughout the U.S.

Their formula is simple.  They serve fresh fish, well prepared, and are honest about what they serve.  They take pains to make sure that what they have on the menu is exactly what comes on your plate, something all too rare in the restaurant business these days but something that the public has responded to very well

They have done a series of videos featuring their founder, Tim Curci.  These videos feature areas that the restaurants use seafood from and of course, our area features prominently in that.  One of the videos features our oystermen working on the bay and in another they go offshore with one of our local guide/charter captains in search of (and finding) some grouper.  They also visit a well known local "seafood shack" and enjoy some really fresh off the boat treats.  It is a great view of our area, an area they quite obviously enjoyed immensely.  We are happy to share some of the videos with you and thank the Bonefish Grill for making them available for sharing.
